Loyalty COMs

Okay, I'm sure you guys are all aware of the loyalty COMs, and I was wondering, first off, how rare are they?

I heard that the new patch is not set to see the loyalty COMs as legit and will delete them upon logging on to XBL or PSN. Is this true?

Also, does anyone have the Hyperion loyalty COM, it's for Hunters and I REALLY WANT ONE!

I have all the loyalty mods and yes for some reason they don't stay in game unless you mod them into it but I have them if you need them

The only ones that can't be made to stay are those Eridian Warrior mods for the Siren.

Actually, I've got one. 8D

The only way to make it stay is to make it a 4-liner, apparently, but at least it has the 61% damage. Problem is, it's "dirty" in that is has no level requirement.

Eridians only have one material and sense material one gives no fifth line they have no fifth line sorry to break that to you.

Or an extra 500% eridian damage to make them slightly useful.
