i just have different opinions on acc, dmg, elemental multipliers, and so on. for example i can't understand why there isn't a single x4 elemental stinger in the OP.

or the 2 clip x3 Aries, which is sooo much better than the one listed.

Because to them, 10 points of DMG > x4 Element.

10 dmg > x4. Unless the x4 procs a LOT more than the x3. (P.S. I've tested x4 v. x3 stingers. They proc the same amount.)

fuck the 233 hellfire- yours is definitely more useful with the bigger clip

Your cyclops is bootiful and all, but for that damage increase I would go with accuracy, even though finding either one I would be a happy camper.

Clip size and zoom arent taken into account because they could be personal preferences, smaller clips tend to have faster reloads dont they? In my case, I prefer a smaller clip on my anarchy just because I love quick bursts of bullets and then a fast reload.

Yeah sometimes the thread is stupid but sometimes it's alright. For instance yesterday I got the 222 dmg 18.8 FR red stinger and the one on there has a 39 clip, mine has 55 yet it didn't get accepted.

I understand about the scopes thing on things like SMGs and repeaters cause some people simply don't like them, but the one that really bugs me is accepting less than 2.4 scope snipers. 1.0 scope snipers are simply not good at all.

Elemental multipliers are totally stupid since I have the x4 version of that x3 caustic stinger on there yet it would never be accepted. I also get why they only take one element of each gun because otherwise the thread would get out of control in size.

For instance let's take this example:

So this has exactly the same stats but 3 less dmg, but this also has a TEN clip increase. Anyone who has ever used a 16 FR machine pistol (torments, vengeances) will know that they kill the ammo in under a second, so a clip increase to 27 makes the firing last alot longer, and it will also output alot more DPS. But this won't get accepted.

Edit: Gonna submit it and see what happens..

To be devils advocate here, the reason sky doesn't upgrade every time someone has a clip size increase (which I agree a small clip absolutely ruins a gun) is because then there would be dozens of more submissions per day than there already is and then it would spiral to "Well my gun has a scope" or "My gun is purple" or "My gun is shown on an HD tv and that one isn't!". Obviously 2 of those are exaggerations but with the amount of idiots that view that thread and try to submit the same anarchies over and over it would not surprise me.

In terms of the x3 vs x4 situations, MOST of the time x3 allows higher damage on the gun, which usually takes the spot in the thread. I personally view those on a case by case basis but I can only submit one vote on a gun and don't make the final call.

Honestly I think Sky does a pretty damn good job running that thread by himself, as that gets 20 times as much traffic and activity as our little forum here (which I love don't get me wrong), and it can't be easy keeping up with all of the submissions and organizing them and making gun cards while also judging which guns should make it and then providing reasoning to satisfy the majority, while balancing his own real life.

Again, no hate intended, just my 2 cents on the matter.

is it intention that there is no Anaconda 6 clip masher and no Anaconda 6 clip flat one in the OP?
or did just nobody submit those?

Yeah it is intentional I think. Sky had to put in these limitations to keep his sanity I think. Frankly I wish a few of us could have created a joint account so we could keep it updated easier.

...maybe the new guys put some new categories in and/or delete some.

Even if we did have a joint account sky would still be the one making the weapons so we'd still have the same problem.

Well ive submitted my Invader and that equalizer over there they both were denied... Im done trying that i geuss thats the 3rd gun i put there as an upgrade and every time is a diffrent rule. it seems that the rules are changed to suite the judges now. They say that they judge according to guns but is seems the judge according to what they like in a gun...
